Birdsall and Family successful job creation and business projects.Hey Brothers – Mill Dam Soft Drinks Factory development 1960 –1986.Hey Drinks Group – Skinner Lane production and Distribution plant 1983-1992.Hey Drinks Group – Bondgate Bottling Plant and Distribution 1987-1992.Parkside Inne – successful hotel development 1987-1993.Swiss Cottage Restaurant – conversion 1985.Rogerthorpe Manor – 1992 – 2004 development and refurbishment quality Grade II listed hotel and banqueting facilities. Bought 1992, turnover £100,000 and bankrupt. By end of 2004, turnover £1,500,000, a new pub added, all site and buildings refurbished, a new £750,000 extension built, and now market leader in area for weddings, banquets, conferences etc.Birdsall Farms 1992 – date over 1000 acres of highly productive, tidy, but hardly Fourbs farms profitable nowadays, farming enterprise with excellent facilities and buildings.A Sound Company, Property Company and Plant Hire Company all being developed at the moment.My Business’s have supported many local schools and charities – to name a few:- New College, Badsworth Schools, Lifeboat Institute, Save the Children, Darrington Gala, Police Charity driving event, etc. etc.
